“Reconstruction and Extension of JSC “Igorevsky Woodworking Plant”.
Construction of a Medium Density Fiberboard Plant.
Development of the Infrastructure in the Municipal Entity
“the Kholm-Zhirkovsky District of the Smolensk Region”
(the Igorevskaya railway station, the Kholm-Zhirkovsky District)
Investment project time-frame: 2009-2016.
Overall cost of the investment project amounts to 8,7 billion rubles.
Social effect – creation of 560 working places.
The investment project implementation will result in construction of a medium density fiberboard plant, in establishment of social and engineering infrastructure facilities which will ensure stable plant operation. Up-to-date high-tech resource-efficient equipment produced by the German firm «Siempelkamp» with the manufacturing capacity of 396 thousand м3 of medium density fiberboards per year will be mounted at “Igorevsky Woodworking Plant”, as a result, the plant will turn into one of the largest producers of MDF in Russia.
