Information on the implementation of the investment project “Construction of a Distribution Centre” CJSC “Tander” (Krasnodar) (the Smolensk district)
Investment project time-frame: 2012-2014.
Overall project investment will amount to 1.95 billion rubles.
Social effect – creation of 1 450 working places.
The project involves construction of a warehouse for food products and non-food goods with some elements of a motor transport enterprise. The distribution centre will comprise: a warehouse for storing goods under natural conditions, a warehouse with installed refrigerator chambers and cameras for afterripening of bananas, an administration and accommodation building, a shop floor on processing of recyclable materials, a premises of a motor transport enterprise with a repair area and a washing unit, a fuelling unit as well as supervising and technical facilities.
