On March 3d, 2014 there was a working meeting of R.L. Rovbel, the first deputy head of the Department of Economic Development of the Smolensk Region and W. Dick, the head of the Department of Economy and Science of the German Embassy in Russia, E. Ziegman, the secretary of the Department of Economy and Science of the German Embassy in Russia, L.
