29.10.2014 Granting State Preference to Small and Medium EnterprisesThe implementation of the state program “The economic development of the Smolensk Region including favourable conditions for entrepreneurship and investment for 2014-2020” initiated the bylaw of the Administration of the Smolensk Region of 23.10.2014 No 725 “On adoption of the Procedure for granting state preferences to support small and medium enterprises by providing them with rent of state property without any previous tenders”.
