28.02.2014 Infrastructure development planThe Department of Economic Development of the Smolensk Region has worked out a plan for the construction of infrastructure facilities in the region in 2014 in order to comply with the Investment standard in the Smolensk Region.
The plan provides investors with all necessary information on electricity, transport, utilities, engineering, telecommunication and social infrastructure.
It also takes into account the development priorities of the Smolensk Region which were stated in acting federal, regional state and municipal programs as well as investment programs of natural monopolies and state-run companies.
