in his interview Aleksander Medvedev gave answers to the most burning questions, one of which was devoted to the investment policy of the Smolensk Region. Aleksander Medvedev mentioned that “Our region was called the most attractive one for investment by the German business community, the estimation was based on several criteria, for example, substantial preferences which investors enjoy in the Smolensk Region”.
