09.06.2015 In the Smolensk region great investors will be able to receive the land without auctions

Investors, whose investment outlay in building of object in the territory of the Smolensk region make not less than 1 billion rubles, will be able to receive the land in rent without auctions. The law «About Establishment of Criterion to Which There Has to Correspond the Large-scale Investment Project for Which Realization Granting the Land Plot Which Is in State Ownership of the Smolensk Region or Municipal Property in Rent without Auctions Is Allowed» was approved by deputies of Smolensk region duma on June 9.

It is already known that the construction of the regional perinatal center corresponds to the law. The perinatal center will allow to provide specialized medical care to pregnant women at qualitatively new level. The territory of the First city clinical hospital in Frunze street in Smolensk is chosen as a building yard. The center will occupy the area of 25 000 square meters and will represent the building with variable number of storeys – from 6 to 8 floors – and an outbuilding.

It is planned to perform all works on construction of medical institution in 2015-2016. Financing will be made from the budget of Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund (2 billion rubles) and the regional budget (500 million rubles).
