17.06.2015 Investment potential of the Smolensk region was presented to the Chinese delegations from Henan Province

The delegation found out more about the investment potential of the Smolensk region during the visit in Smolensk on June 10. The staff of department of investment development of the Smolensk region told about business opportunities in the region in Chinese.

The staffs of authorities, management representatives of the industrial companies and organizations of a services sector of Henan Province, and also scientists were a part of the Chinese delegation.

The guests of Smolensk were told about the favorable conditions for stable development of economy created by the region management, and active actions for improvement of investment climate and forms of the state support of investors. The delegation received information on competitive advantages of the Smolensk region, such as proximity to large to transport flow, high energy security, existence of qualified personnel, industrial platforms, preparation of industrial parks.
