02.07.2015 Smolensk industrial parks will be provided gas supply within the investment program of «Gazprom»

Gas distributing stations «Talashkino», «Safonovo» and «Zhukovo» will be reconstructed in 2016-2017 within the investment program of the company «Gazprom». At the meeting of Alexey Ostrovskiy with the chairman of the board of OJSC «Gazprom» Alexey Miller it has obtained the agreement of reconstruction of the gas distribution stations in the Smolensk region. Modernization of «Safonovo» and «Zhukovo» stations will allow to connect to them new investment platforms (industrial parks).

The work on creation of 2 industrial parks is conducted in the Smolensk region. The industrial park «Phoenix» is located in Smolensk (near the shopping center «Metro») on the area of 54,9 hectares. The term of its construction is 2015-17 years. The park doesn’t have industry specialization. In its territory the enterprises of IV-Vth classes of hazard which are specialized in metal and woodworking, instrument engineering, production of reinforced plastic products, small enterprises on production of furniture can be placed. It is planned to attract about 30 investors. It will allow to create about 1500 workplaces. The budgetary effect will make 5 billion rubles in 10 years.

The industrial park «Safonovo» is located in the city of Safonovo in the territory of 130 hectares. The first stage of construction of the park will capture 58 hectares (2015-17years), the second – 71 hectares (2018-21years). The industrial park «Safonovo» is specialized on production of products from composite materials. The enterprises of II-Vth classes of hazard can be placed in its territory. The planned number of residents of the park is 21. It will allow to create about 1700 workplaces. The budgetary effect will make 4,5 billion rubles in 10 years.

Nowadays the industrial parks «Safonovo» and «Phoenix», being a new format of attraction of investments, don’t have any analogs among the other platforms of the region. Their residents will receive ready infrastructure (roads, engineering networks), tax remissions, opportunity to possess the specialized credits of banks, etc. The park «Phoenix» will open new opportunities for Smolensk businessmen who struggle with receiving a platform for opening or expansion of their production.

The total amount of investments will make more than 10 billion rubles for the term of implementation of the projects.
