17.07.2015 Administration of the Smolensk region and Agency of credit guarantees have concluded the cooperation agreement

The non-bank deposit and credit organization «Agency of Credit Guarantees» have concluded the cooperation agreement with Administration of the Smolensk region.

Agency of credit guarantees carries out the tasks of Federal guarantee fund. The current activity of the organization is concentrated on the conclusion of cooperation agreements with Russian banks and the regional guarantee organizations, within agreements granting the state guarantee products on credit obligations of subjects of small and medium-sized business.

According to the agreement the parties intend to cooperate in the following directions:

• assistance to initiatives of improvement of investment and enterprise climate in the Smolensk region, assistance to overcoming of barriers in subjects’ development of small and medium-sized business;

• formation of national guarantee system in the territory of the Smolensk region;

• increase of availability of credit resources for realization by subjects of small and medium-sized enterprises of investment projects in uncommercial sector in the Smolensk region;

• stimulation of long-term financing of small and medium-sized business in the territory of the Smolensk region;

• coordination of activity of the regional credit organizations;

• assistance to decrease in risks of long-term crediting of subjects of small and medium-sized business and to creation of complex system of guarantee support of small and medium-sized business in the territory of the Smolensk region;

• advance of guarantee products of agency in the territory of the Smolensk region.
