21.07.2015 The rental rate will equal 0,01 rubles in Smolensk industrial parks

The question of creation of industrial parks in the territory of the Smolensk region became the main subject of the follow-up meeting of members of Administration of Smolensk region which passed under the chairmanship of Acting Governor Alexey Ostrovskiy on July 21. The participants of the meeting paid special attention to a procedure for granting of privileges and preferences to attract and to support residents of industrial parks.

In particular, Alexey Ostrovskiy has given instructions to empower residents to take lease of a piece of land in the parks with a rental rate 0,01 rubles.

Also within the state support of residents of the industrial parks it is supposed the introduction of the simplified order of granting the land plots in this territory, tax privileges and free technological accession to engineering infrastructure will be provided to residents of the parks.
