The Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has estimated the Smolensk project that has been presented in Skolkovo

The perspective projects in the field of the industry have been submitted to the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev within the presidential commission on modernization of economy. There has been presented a development of residents of Smolensk.

Among 4 projects which have been shown to the Prime Minister there is also a development of the Smolensk team of Twins Technologies, the participant of the regional cluster of information technologies created by Administration of the region according to instructions of the Governor Alexey Ostrovskiy.

The system of monitoring of AIS Dispatcher allows to control overall performance of any industrial equipment at the enterprise and provides tools for increase in overall performance of production. Dmitry Medvedev has noted that this subject is on his control and nowadays the appearance of the similar project is very urgent.

The project of the Smolensk developers was also estimated by heads of the profile ministries and directions – Dmitry Rogozin, Denis Manturov and Nikolay Nikiforov.

The Governor of Smolensk region Alexey Ostrovsky has addressed the Prime Minister with a request to carry out expert assessment of the system Dispatcher for the purpose that it has been recommended for application at the Russian enterprises subsequently. Now the product of the Smolensk developers is included into the list of the domestic software, it allows the residents of Smolensk to count on receiving the state support. Besides, inclusion of AIS Dispatcher into the register of the Russian programs gives to system a priority before foreign analogs when carrying out the government and municipal procurements.
