22.02.2017 Businessmen of Elninsky district were told about regional infrastructure of business support

A seminar for businessmen on the subject “Support of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in the Region” has taken place in a conference room of Administration of the municipality Elninsky district.

The CEO of LLC Akvavita Dmitry Pesotsky has acted as the moderator of the seminar. He has shared experience of implementation of the investment project on creation of furniture production in Magalinshchina (Smolensk district) from scratch. Now the company turns out products under its own trademark BRIKLAER and it is one of the leading producers of furniture in the Russian market.

Department of investment development of Smolensk region accompanied this project at all stages of its realization: it has allowed to construct the new enterprise in short terms and to start production. Thanks to support of Administration  of Smolensk region it was succeeded to reduce terms of consideration of documents in the resource supplying organizations, to resolve an issue with technological accession to electric networks, to receive specifications on placement and construction of a congress to the highway of federal importance A132 and many other procedures.

Also the Department has attracted Fund of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, and it has provided to the enterprise a guarantee for receiving the credit in Sberbank. 

The CEO of the Center of Business Support of Smolensk region Roman Papkov has devoted the performance to infrastructure of support of small and medium-sized business in the region. At the moment there is a number of the organizations in the territory of Smolensk region which in total create the most comfortable climate for formation and development of business in Smolensk region (the Smolensk Regional Fund of Business Support, the Center of Cluster Development, the Center of Youth Innovative Creativity “Yavir”, the Center of Export Support).

According to Roman Papkov, the whole complex of the information and consulting services aimed at the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, businessmen of the region can address to the Center supports of business of Smolensk region. Specialists of the Center will answer a wide range of questions: financial, tax, legal, marketing and others.
