28.02.2017 The Governor of the region signed the agreement on implementation of the large investment project in the territory of the monotown Dorogobuzh

Within the work of the Russian Investment Forum that takes place in Sochi the Governor of Smolensk region Alexey Ostrovsky and the CEO of limited liability company BALANCE of WHITE Igor Zholobov signed the Agreement on cooperation.

The agreement assumes implementation of the investment project on construction of a modern laundry complex with full automation and availability of disinfection and sterilizing blocks with service of linen and overalls leased in Dorogobuzh. The period of the implementation is from 2017 to 2022.

At the same time the investor guarantees observance of all sanitary and epidemiologic regulations meeting the modern quality standards on content of bedclothes and overalls in social, healthcare centres, objects of security ministries and army, transport industry (shipping companies, the railroads) and in an occupational sector of economy.

The volume of investment will make over 1,2 billion rubles. Opening of a laundry complex will allow to create 200 new workplaces.

During implementation of the investment project the Agreement provides the state support including the cooperation with a non-profit organization Fund of Development of Monotowns. If it is necessary in case of providing loans by this organization, the regional authorities are ready to render assistance in the questions connected with providing to it a resident status of the territory of the priority social and economic development in the Dorogobuzhsky municipal settlement and also in provision of the land plot and in other actions connected with preparation of necessary engineering infrastructure for implementation of the investment project.
