This year in September three enterprises of the Smolensk region: LLC “JurАl”, (“Meat packing plant “Safonovskij” building project”, 2-4 lines”), CJSC «Glassworks Vorga» (“Russian specific sunglass” project) and LLC “Twins” and “Manager” – hardware and software package for industrial equipment on-line control, processing and analysis of its results” applied for participation in “Annual public award «Regions – sustainable development”. On October 3, 2013 the Contest Organizing Committee informed about preliminary consideration of applications made by the Smolensk region enterprises. According to the results it has been known that: LLC “JurАl” project has undergone all the stages of examination and has been pronounced the winner of the Contest by the Guardian Council. At the present time the investment agreement is being prepared for signing by the organizers of the Contest. CJSC “Glassworks Vorga” project has undergone compliance with the characteristics of social enterprise examination and has been given a favorable decision of the Project expert council. The enterprise has been offered to develop a financial plan. LLC “Twins” is preparing the set of documents for compliance with the characteristics of social enterprise examination.
